The Farmhouse, Osbaldeston
Working in close collaboration with the owners of this farmhouse renovation, we have been able to bring a very exciting vision to life. With a farmhouse renovation, it can be difficult to achieve balance between heritage and modern day aspects but after extensive works, the farmhouse is on track to becoming a beautiful country home with the perfect amount of ultra-modern touches. Also work has already begun on the neighbouring larger property!

Wilpshire Dental clinic, Wilpshire
The Wilpshire Dental Clinic is a recently completed commercial project which our team converted from an old beauty parlour. As part of this project, our team installed all lighting and power requirements, including a comprehensive emergency lighting system and power to specialist medical equipment such as X-ray machines and dental chairs. We installed a fully integrated and managed security system designed to notify the owners of any unwanted activity, including intruder and fire. Incorporating a 4K IP CCTV system that can be viewed from a mobile device anywhere in the world at any time allows the owner to dial into a PA system and alert intruders. We installed the entire network system containing smart TVs, PoE telephone system, Computer systems/ GDPR compliant storage systems, card payment machines and a multi-room audio system. All of these systems were designed, installed and certified to the highest level in keeping with the strict dental quality control, public safety boards and building control.

Gap Plastics, Nationwide
The Gap project is a nationwide development with multi-discipline electrical aspects, including but not limited to three phase power and lighting, CCTV, fire alarm systems, security systems, DATA and Telecomms network systems, multiroom audio systems and smart LED lighting. This project is ongoing and continues to be rolled out across all depots across the country.
Our team also manages the IT Structured Cabling and fibre installation for their overall corporate server systems. We have been increasingly involved in all the depot refurbishments and are currently in talks about taking on the entire building works.
